Hi. We're Anita and Rachel
For more than 25 years, we've helped organizations move important work forward.
|
Most of our clients don't come to us because they lack ideas. They come to us because they have ambitious goals, committed people, and one challenge that's hard to solve: capacity.
The project matters. The timeline is real. The team is already stretched. That's where we step in. Reach Partners helps leaders carry and complete important projects. We work alongside nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, and community organizations to keep people aligned, decisions moving, and momentum intact. We don't arrive with a vision of what your project should be. You already know why the work matters. Our role is to help protect that vision while organizing the work required to bring it to life. We're project managers, facilitators, planners, connectors, and problem-solvers. More than anything, we're partners. We ask good questions, pay attention to details, and make sure the next step actually happens. |
Reach Partners, Inc was incorporated in 2001; Anita purchased the company after seven years on the team. At the time, the work focused primarily on the health and wellness sector. Over the years, Reach expanded into new industries, supporting projects in government, nonprofits, agriculture, community development, and beyond.
Rachel joined the team in 2007 and became co-owner in 2015. She later earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, bringing additional project management expertise to the work. A lot has changed over the years, but the foundation has stayed the same. We believe structure matters. Communication matters. Relationships matter. Good ideas deserve more than enthusiasm. They deserve focused attention, clear next steps, and someone committed to seeing them through. If you're carrying a project that matters, we'd love to hear what's going on. |
You have the vision.
We help you carry it to completion.
Reach Partners is who you call when important work needs dedicated attention. You bring the vision. We help organize the work, keep people aligned, and make sure momentum doesn't stall.

Our Values |
Projects move forward because of people. The relationships we build, the conversations we facilitate, and the trust we earn shape our work.
Our values guide how we listen, solve problems, and bring people together to turn important ideas into finished work. |
PossibilityThere's never just one way.
When projects get stuck, we look for another path forward. We believe good ideas can come from many places, and that constraints often lead to creative solutions.
|
EmpathyListen. Accept. Then act.
Every project affects people. We take the time to understand different perspectives before moving forward. Listening isn't the end goal. It's how we make better decisions.
|
ConnectionShared meaning creates momentum.
Projects succeed when the right people are connected around a common purpose. We help build understanding, strengthen relationships, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
|
IntegrityAccountable. Reliable. Ready to act.
We do what we say we'll do. Clients trust us to follow through, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for moving work forward.
