Northern Corn and Soybean Expo

Since 2017, Reach Partners has partnered with four agricultural organizations to coordinate the annual Northern Corn and Soybean Expo, a one-day educational and networking event for farmers and stakeholders.

Reach Partners serves as the event’s central coordinator since each of the four partner organizations has its own structure and priorities. We helped the group articulate a common purpose for the event and manage event logistics. To give the event its own identity, we recommended a brand guide for the event.

From venue selection and vendor management to speaker coordination and budget oversight, we provide structure and follow-up so partners can focus on their daily responsibilities.
In addition, Reach Partners facilitates strategic conversations that strengthen collaboration, improve planning, and ensure the expo continues to deliver timely, relevant content for attendees.

“Always professional, prompt and thinking two steps ahead, Reach Partners becomes an extension of our team for the Northern Corn and Soybean Expo,” said Stephanie Sinner, executive director of North Dakota Soybean Council and North Dakota Soybean Growers Association. “They are a dedicated partner that is invested in our success, committed to delivering results, and are trusted to help tell our story effectively.”

The Result

Each winter,  the Northern Corn and Soybean Expo brings together 400 to 900 farmers (depending on the weather), industry professionals, and agricultural leaders for a full day of education and connection. The event continues to run smoothly and evolve to meet its audience's changing needs.

Client Quote:

Reflecting on our partnership with Reach Partners, I can say it truly is and has been a partnership! Always professional, prompt and thinking two steps ahead, RP becomes an extension of our team for the Northern Corn & Soybean Expo.

The due diligence Rachel and Anita put into making sure they understand our event goals, our audience needs and what we are working to accomplish for ND farmers, ensures that our event is professionally executed.

Because our event takes place in the season of some of the most extreme & unpredictable weather, having RP so closely engaged with our guest speakers coming in from out state ensures that surprises beyond our control don't result in chaos....think canceled flights and blizzards.

More importantly, without having RP involved and supporting our event, our staff would not be available to do the most valuable work which is engaging with attendees and supporters at the Northern Corn & Soybean Expo each year. It means we are not running around managing on site issues or last-minute changes and can be free to have face-to-face engagement with the farmers and agriculture stakeholders we work so closely with, who find our event worth attending to network and learn.

Last but not least, the integrity and professionalism Anita and Rachel bring to our event results in us making positive improvements each year to make the next event even better.

If another organization asked me what it's like to work with Reach Partners, I would tell them they're getting more than an agency. They're gaining a dedicated partner that is invested in their success, committed to delivering results, and a team they can trust to help tell their story effectively.
