I’ve met Jen, author of Huffington Post blog “We all fit the Profile”.  She’s a good friend of a friend, heart attack survivor, speaker, writer and advocate. As a survivor Jen reminds women that we all fit the profile of being at risk for heart disease.

Friday, February 6 is national wear red day. Heart disease and stroke kill 1 in 3 women, yet it’s 80% preventable according to the American Heart Association.
