That's A Wrap

Once a project or event day is complete there remains the work to close out the project. Evaluations to assemble, thank you notes to send, final payments to issue, reports to write, wrap-up meetings to hold and updates to lessons learned.

During the last push, non-event work is often put on hold, the desk gets messier, files go askew.  Once the event’s over, non-project work fervently calls your name. Yet, project wrap-up cannot be dismissed or forgotten. Gather the valuable information, lessons learned, share the accomplishments of the team for the success of the next project!
