At the close of the day, Kelly Swanson takes you on a hilarious journey through the power of your thoughts.

Choose 3 breakout sessions:
Rory and Alyssa get you up and moving so you can build physical activity into your work day. Katie moderates a line-up of farmers that talk clarity in your ND-grown food choices. Andrea brings your yoga practice to the chair to gently explore your true self and thoughts. Ann teaches the pressure points to release tension to energize the body and mind. From the main stage to a breakout session, Dr. JoAnne teaches strategies to control your reactions to stress.
